Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TTM Media Ltd ("Figbase", "we", "us"). By using figbase.com or any Figbase service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Figbase is

Figbase displays revenue-related information derived from accounts and stores that users voluntarily connect. Everything on Figbase is informational only. A badge, tier, or figure is not financial advice, not an endorsement, and not a guarantee of any person's income, honesty, skill, or business quality. Do your own diligence before acting on anything you see here.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You may only connect accounts and stores you own or are authorized to control.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Verification and badges

Badges and figures reflect data from connected sources at the time we sync them, processed by our methodology (which may change). We may recalculate, suspend, hide, or revoke any badge, figure, or profile at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice — including where we suspect manipulation, error, or any violation of these terms. Verification decisions are final.

4. Your data and our license

You keep ownership of your data. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, aggregate, and display the data you choose to make public, and to use aggregated or anonymized data to operate, improve, and promote the service, including industry insights that never identify an individual store without consent.

5. Acceptable use

• No manipulating verification (fake orders, wash trading, tampering with connected data).
• No impersonation, no misrepresenting affiliation.
• No scraping, bulk collection, or reselling of Figbase data.
• No interfering with, probing, or reverse engineering the service.
• No unlawful use.

6. Third-party platforms

Connections rely on third-party platforms (such as Shopify and X) with their own terms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their actions, outages, or changes, which may break or limit features.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Sections 4 and 7–11 survive termination.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
