Figbase

How it works

Every number on Figbase is verified at the source. Nothing is self-reported.

For operators

Verification

You connect your Shopify store with a read-only connection. We verify revenue against Shopify Payments payouts — money that actually reached your bank — net of refunds, updated daily.

Your tier is computed from your trailing 12 months of verified revenue, and always rounds down. If you disconnect, your badge lapses — it can't be kept without a live connection.

You control what shows

Your badge never reveals your store. Choose your tier, your exact figure, or growth only — verification is the same either way. Brands stay stealth unless you un-stealth them, and un-stealthed names come from Shopify's records, not a text box.

Negative growth is never shown publicly, in any mode.

Your data

The connection is read-only and scoped to payouts — we can't see your customers, products, or orders, and we can't change anything in your store. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.

We don't sell your data. Disconnecting a store or deleting your account removes its synced data. The full picture — exact scopes, token handling, vendor access policy — is on the security & privacy page.

For agencies, apps, and 3PLs

Claim your page

Every vendor on Figbase has a page — reviews, recommendations, and a client gallery. Claiming it is free: verify an email at your company's domain and the page is yours to manage.

Reviews and recommendations come only from payout-verified operators, so your rating reflects clients who actually run stores — and it can't be inflated by anyone who doesn't.

Client logos, earned

Request a client by their store's website. If the brand is on Figbase, its owner is notified; if not, your request waits and fires the moment they verify. Nothing shows until the owner approves.

A logo on Figbase isn't an image you uploaded — it's a permission the brand holds and can pull at any moment. Try it — click revoke:

Why it's built this way

What this design stops

The screenshot flex

Revenue claims backed by nothing but a cropped dashboard. Figbase badges are computed from Shopify Payments payouts — money that reached a bank — and lapse the moment a store disconnects.

Fake client logos

Agencies pasting famous brands onto their site. Here, a logo only appears after the brand — itself verified at seven figures or more — approves it. Every tile is stamped with the brand’s domain, and approval can be revoked at any time.

Gamed reviews

Star ratings from accounts that never ran anything. Only operators with a payout-verified store can review, recommend, or vote — every opinion has verified revenue behind it.

Impersonation

Profiles pretending to be someone they aren’t. A Figbase handle is its owner’s X username, and a profile can only exist once that X account is connected — no one can squat your name or claim your numbers.
